Most of the things we make are geared toward Halloween and costumes, Body art and makeup, Masks and Prosthetics, Magic props for professionals and Haunters, Puppets for professionals and for the Haunt Industry and some Fine art here and there and even a few crafty sculpture series.
Our site is a fun place to just wade around and see what you can find that interests or inspires you, and you don't have to spend a penny in order to enjoy it and have fun. For those looking to buy something, we have TWO ways- Our Online Store and our Etsy Sales. MOST of our sales are "Custom" or "On Demand" vs "Off the shelf."
Off the shelf items are usually found in our Etsy shop. If it is there it is already finished as pictured and ready to go in a box. ALL items in our Etsy shop are available "Custom" or "On Demand" as well if you miss out on something you wanted.
On Demand means, we make it when you order it- It's still done AS IF it is custom, but based on the example on our site, and we still issue a contract and an expected ship date when the order is placed and payment has been sent. Custom means just that- Custom. It could be a custom paint job for an on demand mask, special finishing, or a 100% original mask, costume, prop, set or effect made JUST for you. This will always be your MOST costly option but what you end up with will be uniquely yours.
Which brings us to..... Our Online Store is a catalog of everything we sell and is your resource for placing a special order. Because we get very busy from season to season- we don't want people to order things we might not have time to get out to you SO- when you place an order in our online store, there is no way to pay.
We will get an E mail with your order and within a day or so will email back with a special order contract which includes cost, ship by date etc. Then, if you agree with the time to ship and all that, you let us know and we send a paypal invoice. Once you make payment and agree to the terms, your item is now in our queue of projects and is given priority to finish by the promised date OR YOU WILL GET A REFUND!
No ordering something and waiting forever to get it. If we're swamped, and we can't promise a reasonable shipping date, we'll put you on our wish list, and contact you when we have time to see if it is still something you want. We decided a while back this was the best way to be fair to our customers AND ourselves.
We take the last two weeks of December and the first two weeks of January OFF! Halloween orders should be in by July if you want them by October - If not.... you take your chances.
Our Etsy Sales will take you to our page on Etsy. If something is listed for sale there, it is ON A SHELF waiting to be shipped. If you order the item from Etsy, it is yours and will ship within 5 days. So, if you are looking for something last minute or you need a gift, THAT is the place to look.
If you inquire about something special order and there is something similar in our Etsy store- we will let you know- Just in case you'd rather not wait. Art pieces are items that we may make One Off, or they are finished by hand and so treated like fine art and cannot be rushed. These may be available as custom orders, but otherwise they are best ordered from out Etsy Page.
We also to One of a Kind custom work as well, Puppets, masks, Character heads and more.
